Beach Stays St Ives is a Zenia Collection brand. Part of a small collection of holiday property portfolios where guests and owners come first.
Who are we?
Dan Preston and Sam Marnham established Zenia Collection in 2015. With several years experience in the holiday letting industry they thought it was time to make their own impact.
With vast experience in all sections of the business including marketing, customer service, distribution, housekeeping and property management.
What’s Beach Stays St Ives all about?
It’s a very simple concept. All our properties are next to the beach or sea, no buildings will obstruct the views and beautiful sea views will await all of our guests.
We take great pride in the presentation of our properties and offering brilliant customer service to both guests and owners is paramount to everything we do.
Do you have any other properties?
We run all our brands independently but you will find a similar ethos of great customer service and well presented properties across the board. You may want to have a peek at the following:

Hawkes Point
Saltings on Porthmeor
How well do you know Cornwall?
Very well. Dan has grown up in West Cornwall and has explored most attractions, restaurants, bars and pubs in the area. He’s a wealth of knowledge when it comes to keeping children occupied.
Sam, is an ‘import’. Living in Cornwall for over ten years and holidaying here as a child has given him a superb knowledge of the local area. Beaches, walks, food and the nooks and crannies are his speciality. Oh, and the surf, he’s well versed in the oceans movements at all times!
Can you market my property?
We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to holidays. We develop brands that represent specific benefits to owners and holidaymakers. Beach Stays St Ives is specifically for properties by the beach. If you have one, we’d love to help you! Have a look at our owners section.
If you don’t, feel free to have a chat, we can give you impartial information and if you have multiple properties we might still be able to help.
