If you have found a property you like and the dates are available then you can either book online or call us.
Steps to book online…
1. Head to your preferred property page.
2. Scroll to the calendar.
3. Select your start date and then the number of nights you wish to stay.
4. Follow the instructions through checkout until you receive a confirmation page.
To book we require a 25% deposit with the balance due 4 weeks in advance of arrival. The deposit can be paid by card online or over the phone.
Balances not paid on time could result in your holiday being cancelled.
By default our properties do not accept pets. If a property does accept pets it will say on the property page and there will also be a paw print icon. Where pets are welcome we do ask that great care is given and pets are not allowed on soft furnishings, beds, sofas and must not be left unattended in the property.
You will find our cancellation terms here. We use a staged approach to be fair to both owners and holidaymakers alike. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. Where possible we will always endeavour to relet the property again, where possible this may reduce your liability.
All our properties will come with high quality linen and towels. These are changed weekly if you are staying for a fortnight. We don’t provide beach towels and ask that you don’t take our lovely fluffy white towels on the beach.
Utilities are included but unreasonable usage will be chargeable at the discretion of Zenia Collection Limited.
A few weeks before arrival we will send you a welcome pack that will detail all the information you need on the day. This information is emailed and includes: check in times, key details and essential information you need to provide us prior to arriving.
On the whole our properties use key safes, this means you are able to arrive any time after the specified check-in time. Likewise on departure you just have to pop the keys back in to the safe before you leave.
