Complimentary Properties

All our homes have a commonality, they are beach or sea side. No ‘sea glimpses’ or ‘near the coast’, our properties need to have unobstructed sea views with no buildings between. This unique combination helps your property stand out from the crowd.

We like to keep things simple. You won’t be finding a brochure fee, photo fee, website fee, this fee, that fee… Instead it will be a simple commission and no obligation quotes on any services you would like such as housekeeping, linen and property management.

After all professional photos and marketing materials help us both to be successful.

 Simple, Targeted Marketing

Ok so it’s a simple concept. We like to market to niches. Each of our portfolios is aimed at a group of likeminded guests. We find the common themes of our guests and engage using the latest internet technologies. As well as some old school, foolhardy tactics. Waste marketing spend is minimal.

We also use a clever distribution strategy using other channels to reach our guests and give you extra exposure.

*The Cost

We’ll keep it simple and up-front, no awkward conversations. Our commission rate is a flat 15% (no VAT) for 2017/18. We have one excellent range of linen, an array of ideas on arrival packs and access to a strong housekeeping team which can all be quoted for depending on your property and desires. We’re equally as happy to work with your existing suppliers and teams too.
