Located on the top floor 22 Piazza enjoys some of the best views in the old town of St Ives. Enjoying easy access to shops, restaurants, Tate St Ives and of course the beaches, lest not forget unbeatable sunsets!
A recent refurbishment has taken this apartment to a new level of luxury. It’s more functional, better equipped and lighter than ever before. And those big picture windows, whatever the weather you’ll be staring out to sea…
You’ll fall in love with the balconies! One overlooks Porthmeor beach, completely uninterrupted and arguable the best spot in town for sunset. The second skips over the rooftops towards Porthminster beach and is a great sun trap too.
The open plan living area has stunning sea and beach views. It has a sofa, easy chair, TV, DVD, and the WiFi router is located here too. There is also a pull-out single bed and the sofa can be made into a small double bed too.
The dining area seats 4 and is conveniently located between the kitchen and living area, all open plan.
Access to the Porthmeor facing balcony through sliding doors. Outside there is furniture and seating.
The recently fitted kitchen has fitted appliances that include: dishwasher, hob, double oven, microwave and washer/dryer. Crockery, kitchen tools, glassware and pans etc. are all in good supply.
Head up the stair case to the bedroom, a large king size bed awaits. The bed can be made up as a twin if you prefer. There is wardrobe space, blinds for privacy and a good nights sleep and a wash basin.
The bathroom has recently been refurbished and includes a toilet, wash basin, and a bath with overhead shower.
Linen and utilities are included
Access to 22 Piazza is from Back Road West. From here it is necessary to escalate three flights of external steps to reach the front door. Unfortunately, no lift access is available. We use a key safe system for check-in and check-out. Inside the apartment there is one stair case.
Children under 6 are not allowed without prior permission from Beach Stays St Ives staff. Pets are not allowed. This is a no smoking property.
How to book
You can book online at any time, we find it the simplest way but we’re on the other end of the line if you need us. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
